RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If it meets these conditions, your item must be unused and in the condition provided. It must be in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns belong to the buyer.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to claim your return.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an email may be sent to inform you of the detail of the item you are returning and its size. We will also notify you if your payment is approved or rejected.
If you're approved, your refund will be applied and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is usually processing time before a refund is issued.

To return your product, submit a request to: infoebabymom@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If a refund is pending, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to size your replacement product may vary.
